Happy #wellnesswednesday , loves 💗 Today I’m sharing my favorite pregnancy morning feel good tone and stretch workout. I’m doing this at least a couple of times a week and always start so much more refreshed into the day. Followed by some coconut yoghurt with fresh fruits, vanilla protein powder, some PB and a cup of lupine coffee (my latest obession!) and the morning couldn’t be better!
As always go at your own pace and take breaks whenever needed. And don’t forget to only do what feels good for you. Never push your body into a pose or stretch that doesn’t feel right. Alright, now that this is settled, roll out your mat, get into your comfiest prenatal workout clothes and let’s show our bodies some love 🤸🏼♀️
