Happy #wellnesswednesday, loves 💗 I’m already at week 37 and I can’t believe it. Exercising and moving around is a little bit more difficult now. But I still try to get a little movement in every day. This prenatal deep tone and stretch workout has been my go-to during the last few weeks.
I’m a real coffee lover. Coffee is more to me than just a drink to get you going in the morning or to give you a little boost in the afternoon. Drinking coffee is rather a way of celebrating life. Last Friday, the doctor confirmed what we’d expected all along: we are getting a baby boy! And a very healthy one. We couldn’t be more excited. I feel like it’s slowly getting real now. I don’t know about you but somehow I needed this certainty to finally dive into all the baby preparation.

Not having kids was never an option for me. The one thing I feared the most, though, was pregnancy weight gain and never ever being able to return back to my pre-pregnancy state. We’ve all heard these stories from women about how much weight they gained and what a toll carrying a baby inside of them had left on their bodies. But is this really true?
