Happy #wellnesswednesday, loves 💗 I’m already at week 37 and I can’t believe it. Exercising and moving around is a little bit more difficult now. But I still try to get a little movement in every day. This prenatal deep tone and stretch workout has been my go-to during the last few weeks.

Stretching has been such a major feel good factor in my #pregnancyjourney. Besides the first trimester where I was barely able to do anything other than Netflix & Chill, I’ve committed to my stretching routine almost every day. And let me tell you, it helped me so much not only with my lower back pain but also with getting to know my body better as well as ease some of the pre-birth anxiety.

Hello, loves 💗 If you’ve been following me for a while you know how much I love stretching. It’s one of my favorite ways to move my body. When I got pregnant, I at first was unsure if it was healthy for me and my baby to continue with my usual stretching routine.
I just LOVE physical exercise. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a Manifesting Generator and a Virgo (sun and rising!) but health and wellness is just part of my DNA.
