Happy #wellnesswednesday, loves 💗 I’m already at week 37 and I can’t believe it. Exercising and moving around is a little bit more difficult now. But I still try to get a little movement in every day. This prenatal deep tone and stretch workout has been my go-to during the last few weeks.
I can’t believe I’m already 31 weeks pregnant and in the midst of my third trimester. Time has been flying buy once I left behind the struggles of the first trimester.
