Salmon has always been one of my favorite sources of protein. Even pre-pregnancy I had salmon at least once a week. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, it’s not only deeply satisfying but also very healthy for your body. Pair it with a salad and you have yourself a great lunch or dinner on hot summer days.
Happy #wellnesswednesday, loves 💗 I’m already at week 37 and I can’t believe it. Exercising and moving around is a little bit more difficult now. But I still try to get a little movement in every day. This prenatal deep tone and stretch workout has been my go-to during the last few weeks.
I’m a real coffee lover. Coffee is more to me than just a drink to get you going in the morning or to give you a little boost in the afternoon. Drinking coffee is rather a way of celebrating life. Little did I know how my relationship to coffee would change during pregnancy. But then I discovered lupine coffee.

Happy #wellnesswednesday , loves 💗 Today I’m sharing my favorite pregnancy morning feel good tone and stretch workout. I’m doing this at least a couple of times a week and always start so much more refreshed into the day.
Stretching has been such a major feel good factor in my #pregnancyjourney. Besides the first trimester where I was barely able to do anything other than Netflix & Chill, I’ve committed to my stretching routine almost every day. And let me tell you, it helped me so much not only with my lower back pain but also with getting to know my body better as well as ease some of the pre-birth anxiety.
