Hello, loves 💗 If you’ve been following me for a while you know how much I love stretching. It’s one of my favorite ways to move my body. When I got pregnant, I at first was unsure if it was healthy for me and my baby to continue with my usual stretching routine.
I can’t believe I’m already 31 weeks pregnant and in the midst of my third trimester. Time has been flying buy once I left behind the struggles of the first trimester.
I just LOVE physical exercise. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a Manifesting Generator and a Virgo (sun and rising!) but health and wellness is just part of my DNA.
Last Friday, the doctor confirmed what we’d expected all along: we are getting a baby boy! And a very healthy one. We couldn’t be more excited. I feel like it’s slowly getting real now. I don’t know about you but somehow I needed this certainty to finally dive into all the baby preparation.

Happy Monday, loves 💗 Time is flying by and as I’m writing this, I’m almost out of my 2nd trimester.
Not having kids was never an option for me. The one thing I feared the most, though, was pregnancy weight gain and never ever being able to return back to my pre-pregnancy state. We’ve all heard these stories from women about how much weight they gained and what a toll carrying a baby inside of them had left on their bodies. But is this really true?
