The last three weeks were a rollercoaster of challenges and changes. Mix in a good portion of my nervous gut syndrom and you have yourself a cocktail of emotions. You were probably wondering why it was so quiet on here and on Insta. Let’s start from the beginning.
The first time I’ve experienced stress-induced pain in my body was during college. My grandpa had just moved into a retirement home. So, we spent the next weekend getting his appartment ready to be rented out again. We were just ripping out the carpet when I felt a sudden sharp pain spreading across my left shoulder.

The last week has been an emotional roller coaster for me. I don’t know if it’s a weird constellation of the stars or because I’m about to get my period (every full moon like a witch should). I was an at-home workout lover before quarantine made working out at home a (inevitable) thing. Having the freedom to work out whereever and whenever I please, and having a vast variety of online fitness offerings at my fingertips just totally fits my lifestyle. Last week, I took my beach cruiser on a little spin around Munich. Inspired by the beautiful pictures we’ve taken in the South of France, I was eager to scout similiar locations where I could shoot my fashion looks in the city. Where many might reach for a more sporty outfit (think biker shorts + sports bra), I decided to channel my inner bohemian girl.
