Happy #fitfriday , loves 💗 Pregnancy insomnia is totally normal and something I’ve also suffered from. I had a phase where I’d wake up around 3 AM every night, laying wide-awake. The only time I slept soundly through the night was after yoga class on Monday. Somehow doing some soothing movement and meditation before bed helped my body to wind down and relax. Thus, I decided to add some light stretching and meditation to my bedtime routine.
And guess what, it worked wonders! I’ve been sleeping amazingly ever since. If you are also suffering from pregnancy insomnia, try out this 15-minutes good night stretch and meditation routine below.
