Happy Monday, guys! I uploaded this post-run stretching routine last Saturday but totally forgot to share it with you. Stretching is a vital part of your workout and it’s oftentimes overlooked.
But if you take the time to show your fabulous muscles some love, they will reward you big time with flexibility and range of motion. Meaning you can better perform in your workouts and of course your runs.
Adding a few stretches here and there also helps you to feel more comfortable in your body when you are sitting at your desk all day.
