Being in quarantine has given me a lot of time to think about how I could share my passion for health and fitness with you guys. I always wanted to start a fitness YouTube channel but had all kinds of excuses flooding my head on why I shouldn’t or couldn’t: there are already so many, you are not good enough, you don’t have the right equipment and so on.
With gyms and boutique fitness studios being closed, working out in the comfort of your home has become the new normal. A normal I always preferred. For me, there is nothing more convenient than rolling out my mat in my living room, turn on a YouTube video, and workout whenever I want to.
Of course, working out with 10+ other sweaty souls next to you is a whole different feeling and something I definitely also like to do. But right now, I’m more than happy that virtual training and YouTube fitness videos exist.
Being stuck at home, I also realized how much I love creating new workouts and shooting videos. I usually have the best ideas when I wake up. That’s when I roll out my mat and follow what pops up in my head.
That’s also when I got the idea for this cutie booty workout and the #FITFRIDAY workout series. Just find a comfortable place in your home, roll out your mat and let’s get moving!
